Quitico park to pick up my friend
Just nearing the end of summer i went to Quitico park to pick up my friend who had called me the night before at 8:30pm to come get him I went the next day to pick him up for my first time on a highway by myself for 2 hours
The trip felt huge at the time because it was my first solo drive on a highway for a long stretch of road. It was one of those moments that made me feel older and more independent.
Tubing
during the middle of the summer, me and my family went tubing down the kaministiquia river just past the Stanley on Harstone Dr
It was a relaxed, sunny day with lots of laughs and splashes. The river was a perfect place to slow down and enjoy the summer without worrying about school.
Fishing with friends
During the summer, I went fishing with some friends in lake superior just off the marine unfortunately, we didn't catch anything but had a great time either way.
Even without a catch, the sunset, the lake air, and being out on the water made it a memorable evening. Sometimes the fun is just as important as the result.
